Any pricing discussed before a motorcycle or other vehicle has been inspected may be considered an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Actual costs may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, parts availability, additional problems discovered during service, changes requested by the customer, or other circumstances affecting the work.
Paparo Motorsports LLC may contact the customer for authorization before performing additional work that materially changes the scope or expected cost of a service.
Payment is generally handled directly with Paparo Motorsports LLC and is not processed through this website.

4. Deposits & Special Orders

Certain services, custom work, builds, parts orders, or other projects may require a deposit or advance payment.
Any applicable deposit requirements, payment terms, cancellation conditions, or special-order conditions will be communicated directly to the customer before payment is collected.
Unless otherwise agreed to by Paparo Motorsports LLC, submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment through this website does not constitute payment or final authorization for work.

5. Parts & Customer-Supplied Components

Paparo Motorsports LLC may assist customers with selecting or sourcing parts for repairs, upgrades, modifications, or other services.
Customers may also request installation of parts or components they have purchased independently.
Paparo Motorsports LLC reserves the right to refuse to install any customer-supplied part that appears damaged, defective, incompatible, unsafe, improperly manufactured, or otherwise unsuitable for the intended application.
Paparo Motorsports LLC is not the manufacturer or seller of customer-supplied components and does not make independent warranties regarding their quality, durability, performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Additional labor, parts, or modifications required because of compatibility issues with customer-supplied components may result in additional charges, subject to customer authorization where appropriate.

6. Performance Modifications & Vehicle Compliance

Some performance, racing, exhaust, tuning, emissions-related, lighting, suspension, or other aftermarket modifications may not be legal for use on public roads or highways in all jurisdictions.
Products may also be designated by their manufacturers for competition, closed-course, off-road, or racing use only.
The customer is responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the operation, registration, inspection, emissions compliance, and use of their motorcycle or powersports vehicle.
Paparo Motorsports LLC does not represent that every aftermarket product or modification is legal for street use simply because information about the product or service is discussed or displayed on this website.
Paparo Motorsports LLC reserves the right to decline work that it determines it cannot or should not perform.

7. Modified & Performance Vehicles

Motorcycle and powersports modifications may alter a vehicle's performance, handling, braking, reliability, noise level, fuel requirements, emissions characteristics, maintenance requirements, or other operating characteristics.
Customers are responsible for operating modified vehicles appropriately and understanding that performance-oriented modifications may place additional stress on engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension components, tires, brakes, and other systems.
Paparo Motorsports LLC cannot guarantee that a modification will produce a particular horsepower figure, performance result, riding characteristic, or other outcome unless such a result is expressly agreed to in writing.

8. Inspections, Repairs & Existing Conditions

Motorcycles and powersports vehicles may contain pre-existing wear, damage, improper repairs, modifications, mechanical defects, or other conditions that are not immediately apparent.
Paparo Motorsports LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or failures unrelated to work performed by Paparo Motorsports LLC.
During inspection, diagnosis, repair, or modification, additional issues may be discovered. If additional work is recommended, Paparo Motorsports LLC may contact the customer to discuss the issue and obtain authorization before proceeding.

9. Scheduling & Service Availability

Appointments and service requests submitted through the website are subject to availability.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a specific date or time until the appointment has been accepted or confirmed by Paparo Motorsports LLC.
Completion dates and turnaround times may be estimates and can be affected by parts availability, supplier delays, the discovery of additional repairs, workload, weather, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Paparo Motorsports LLC.

10. Shipping & Local Pickup

Motorcycles, dirt bikes, powersports vehicles, racing, track riding, off-road riding, and performance driving involve inherent risks.
No repair, inspection, modification, tune, upgrade, or installation can eliminate the risks associated with operating a motorcycle or powersports vehicle.
Customers remain responsible for safe operation of their vehicles, following manufacturer recommendations where applicable, using appropriate protective equipment, performing necessary ongoing maintenance, and ensuring that their vehicle is suitable for its intended use.
